What is the Million Minutes Activity Challenge?

It’s a Niagara project this May challenging us to set physical activity goals for ourselves and challenge others to do the same. If enough of us do just 20 minutes of activity each day in May, together we’ll record a million minutes and some awesome bragging rights! And of course, we’ll be better fit for it!

And we can raise funds for a really great cause while we’re at it… adaptive sports equipment for people with disabilities in our communities to help them be active too!

Adaptive Sports Equipment Campaigns

I’m in. Just what I needed to get me active again. I’ll be challenging my friends to do the same.

Great event idea! We’re behind it all the way. Connecting community is wha we’re all about too.

Thanks ParaSport Ontario for an awesome way to help me fund the equipment I need to pursue my dreams.
